the only thing i can think of wich is similar is a short unfinished animatic series called: internecion cube it's made by the guy behind murder drones, it's not on glitch's channel it's on liam vickers animation it's really good and you can see many elements in murder drones in that series

let me explain: in episode 5 tessa actually died at the gala and cyn used her as a SKINSUIT, and tessa was always actually cyn, so cyn was just pretending to be tessa until the ending, she just returned to control her, she didn't posses her corpse, she wore her corpse.

Fun fact, Cyn wearing Tessa's skin explains why the sentinel (robo raptor) killed itself in episode 6. Its objective was to eliminate ai targets and it could sense that Cyn was an ai, but when it bit and saw blood, it got confused because its 2 objectives were going directly against each other "Destroy ai target" "Be a good dingo". So it just ended up freaking out

Also just a note, humans looking like black figures was on purpose, not because they couldn't make skin textures. Humans were seen as black figures in episode 5 because it's the memory of the robots, humans designed them in a way that they won't be able to identify their faces and stuff.

The Absolute Solver isn't just some kind of virus or AI that infects the drones, it's some kind of eldritch being that manifests through damaged drone AI. Cyn became its host because she was improperly disposed of and woke back up as a Zombie Drone which you see in the beginning of Episode 5, which allowed the Absolute Solver to enter the universe through using Cyn as a host. The Solver is the thing that is speaking through Cyn, as is what is talking through Eldritch J in Episode 2, the Solver is the robotic voice. It destroyed Earth, and created the Disassembly Drones by converting the worker drones in the Manor that Tessa lived in in order to send them out to the Human exoplanets to get them to kill more worker drones, create the corpse spires and initiate the Singularity to destroy more planets. The Absolute Solver is trying to destroy the universe, and its using the drones as its puppets to do it. After Cyn/The Solver destroyed Earth, the Humans on Copper 9 tried to experiment on Worker Drones in the Cabin Fever Labs to force Absolute Solver to manifest in drones in an attempt to understand what it was, causing them to accidentally allow it to spread out of control through Nori (Uzi's mom) who broke containment after being directly posessed by the Solver, and then escaped the labs along with Yeva after accidentally causing the Core Collapse and killing all the humans on Copper 9. This is why Uzi and Doll have the Absolute Solver, as it can be passed down to offspring like a hereditary curse. Hope this helps, I keep seeing people call it a virus or AI when it's much more than that.

Cyn basically skinned Tessa and wore her skin at the Gala in episode 5 we could hear probably Tessa screaming in the backround so "Tessa" was Cyn the whole time in episode 6 and 7 (also if you replay episode 6 you can see that "Tessa" is acting kinda weird and also when the raptor bit "Tessas" hand you can see a bit of Cyns real drone hand) Recap: Tessa was killed by Cyn at the gala in episode 5 and Cyn wore Tessas skin in episode 6 and 7 (Cyn basically used Tessa as a skinsuit)

Also, pretty sure the sentinals dont attack humans. so they bit "Tessa's" Arm because they had a odd feeling, but when they saw the blood that's when they yk freaked out or wtv

They knew Cyn had taken over Tessa, so they assumed they were attacking the AI, like their order. Then she yelled out: 'Hey, be a good dingo!' (Or something along those lines), and got extremely confused. After all, they were supposed to kill this AI, but the 'human' was giving orders. So, in the end, it just freaked tf out-

Okay so, to anyone who might have been confused when Cyn threw the cross and said "McGuffin", that term is used to designate a *thing* that moves the plot forward because the protagonists need to get it, or use it, or do something about it (destroying the One Ring, using this thing on corrupted androids, etc.)

Also to clarify why it says heart on the subs instead of Nori, hearts are the result of solver infected individuals who had too much damage taken to their bodies. So when their bodies die, their ai/soul is put to their own heart. Like a failsafe to stay alive.

Glad you enjoyed episode 7! Thanks again for sharing your reaction. There's been a lot of theories that the "secret friend" that Lizzie is talking to is V. Also Nori is Uzi's mom and Yeva is Doll's mom. You pretty much got everything else. Cyn killed Tessa and is wearing her skin. Also small important thing, when Cyn hugged N in the mineshaft you should pause and read N's face. Episode 8 is delayed so that they have more time to make it the best. Here's hoping 8 is amazing and they get a happy ending!

In case anyone is confused about the scene in episode 6 where the sentinel killed itself after biting Tessa, here's a brief explanation. Spoiler warning ahead for anyone, not past episode 5. Sentinels have one job built into their system. 'Properly dispose of all AI targets.' The reason (which is now clear) that Tessa couldn't control them was because the solver was just wearing her skin. When the Sentinel bit her, it assumed it was biting an AI, mainly because The Solver had taken over her body. Though, when it saw blood, it seemed to be confused, thinking now that Tessa was human, but it was still getting orders to kill all AI in the area, including Tessa. It was already confused by the time Tessa had yelled out, 'Be a good dingo!'. It was now getting two orders, one from its system, and the other from a presumed human. It ended up being extremely confused and killed itself as a reaction. Hope this helps! Edit: Spelling/grammar

Tessa was actually always cyn, Tessa actually did die at the flashback episode, cyn was just acting as Tessa the whole time. that’s why the raptor freaked out and shut off in the previous episode, when it bit her it sensed oil and blood at the same time

About that scene with the blood rain and the drones mass murdering all the humans. There's a non-explicitly said thing that's, i'd say, between theory and fact, that suggests that The Solver took control of N, V, J and maybe other murder drones, and made them kill all humans, as those were a big hinderance for her motives. This also means, if true, that The Solver would be the one who sent the murder drones on Copper 9 to kill all the worker drones. Why tho? thats the part that's been rubbing my brain since i learned about this. One thing that makes sense is that The Solver sent the murder drones to kill workers in order to spread. You see, at the beginning of episode 5, in the zombie drones cassette, it's said that drones that aren't disposed of properly have a small chance to become infected with the solver. But... how come we see no other infected drones besides Doll and Uzi, who inherited it from their parents? Thats a side question. Nah, the biggest thing i don't get is : Why would The Solver try to spread itself to copper 9, despite Cyn literally already being there, and why would she look for hosts when her main actions throughout this episode and the other ones is to kill all the hosts? She killed Doll, using Tessa as a skinsuit (she was murdered during the gala massacre), and tried to kill Uzi. If anyone in the comments knows more or has ideas im so so so down to discuss, but this is really confusing me. What's The Solver doing??? Also!! Something that comes from me : i think the reason why humans were all silhouettes in ep.5 was because it was N's memories, and that N's memories were modified for him not to know what humans are maybe? Thats why humans in the church (actual flashback) and why Tessa don't appear as a silhouette

For humans being silhouettes. In the picture in episode 6 when Tessa is shown in the gala massacre aftermath there is a word "redacted" which means all information about people being involved in the massacre was removed (from all information systems including N's memory). That's why the investigators in hazmat suits are shown normally but Tessa is a shadow. As to what the solver is doing. It's some kind of supernatural being so maybe it needs a special ceremony to manifest itself properly and after the failure when using Nori to implode the planet it wanted to ensure that it will succeed for sure this time. Or maybe it's because it doesn't have full control of the murder drones and can only manifest when they are heavily damaged and it lost contact with all other infected drones so it needs to generate new corrupted AI. It would be stupid not to have full control of murder drones but solver isn't necessarily smart. I also think that Tessa actually survived the gala and was possessed by solver later, once she grew older and solver was ready to start the human massacre. Otherwise the investigators would notice, unless it was better hidden in the past than now (since she clearly doesn't look human without the spacesuit)

@@peterkalafus9514 i dont think the solver needs that to be able to take control of hosts, but i might be wrong. It highly depends on when we decide that the line of "infectedness" has been passed. In the cabin fever episode, the solver is clearly showing progress. Tho, you could say the damage you mention that would allow it to progress is from the overheating caused by Uzi not ingesting enough oil. Also, gonna rewatch ep.6 cause this interests me heavily. And finally, i don't think Tessa was infected by the solver, cause the solver is explicitly said to be a program. A.k.a., something only robotos can inherit, and not like a virus or anything. It cannot, i think, possess human beings.

Just so you know, Tessa didnt get overtaken by Cyn when she "died" but instead got overtaken during the Gala incident way back then (that was when she actually died), so all this time it was all the solver controlling a dead body Feel free to correct me by the way yy
