Spoilers from ep 6 but here’s the answer: Out of 7 solar systems humanity owns, only 3 are still habitable. Basically around 60% of humanity is dead, and 40% are surviving elsewhere in the galaxy.

@@kirstyc2176 I disagree on that. You just have to use a tiny bit of brainpower. The robots mine exoplanets for JCJenson in Spaaaaaace. They are on a planet that is way to close to another planet with a ring and the parent company still exists. All of this makes it obvious it isn't earth.

we did it guys! Let's GOOOOOO!!! Similar to FNAF, this series is confusing as all heck, just so you don't get worried if you get lost in it, but the subtitles help. Each episode after this is centered around particular horror story, the next one being The Thing I think. They also aren't on earth, but a different planet called copper nine, hence the planet with rings where the moon usually is

Yeah, sadly a lot of “reactors” don’t react so much as have a watch party where they wait for the right moment and then do the “poggers face” and say something like “that was dope!” People who actually explain their reacts and feelings make what could be legally considered a watch party and turn it into something actually transformative.

a couple things to help you enjoy this show better: - don't worry if you feel kinda lost, the show is pretty confusing up until maybe episode 4, it's fills you with mysteries and questions and sometimes it doesn't answer them very well - try to pay attention to most details as possible, especially things in the background or on the drones visors, there are often clues/foreshadowing or funny bits, don't feel bad for pausing the videos as much as you need - yes, humans are still alive, and they inhabit different planets, except this one which is called Copper 9 (they never actually explain that in the show but it's important for context) i really hope you enjoy this show because it's freaking amazing!

How drones reproduce themselves. An Untrained Neural Network is a premature Worker Drone network that are put in baby-like bodies before being uploaded to proper adult-like body. After the core collapse on Copper 9, this is noted to be the first stages of Worker manufacturing as before they were assumed to be made in factories by humans. In order for a new neural network to be born, a male and female Worker Drone must upload both of their source codes to an empty shell in order for the codes to merge together to create a new personality, where it can then be safely moved to a proper robotic shell.

This series takes a whole lot of inspiration from other horror stuff and plays with them in super entertaining ways! Plus the series itself seems to get more polished with every episode, so it would be awesome to see you react to those!

To clear up some confusion you might have: The story doesn't take place on earth. They are on an exoplanet called Copper 9. Uzi said in the expedition that the worker drones were originally made to mine exoplanets. I won't say what happened to earth because that would go into spoiler territory

I think you will lvoe the rest of this series, so i hope you react to the rest of the show as well. A quick tip for watching this series, there is a TON of lore hidden away in little scenes (especially scenes that flash code or symbols in the drones visors), so rewatching and pausing it at certain moments will be quite helpful in understanding the series, since it does tend to keep most of its mysteries very close to its chest. Also something many people miss when watching this pilot... Uzi, N, and all the other drones we see, are not on Earth but on an exoplanet, which the worker drones where designed for to harvest natural resources. This one specifically is called "Copper 9", and there were once humans on Copper 9, but they (alongside all organic life) got wiped out during the seemingly accidental "core collapse" of the planet.

Also after you watch all the murder drones episodes so far, you should start watching meta runner, another series of glitch. The one that started it all and released and was the whole cause of glitch productions being made into a company

So, some things to note. - Disassembly drones have a purpose built inefficiency in their heating systems. They need the oil of worker drones to remain cool. It is so bad that direct sunlight causes them to overheat in short order. -This show is great. You practically have to watch it frame by frame to catch everything, and a lot of foreshadowing happens in those blink and you miss it moments. -Kahn is a tool and most people don’t like him.

Hi there as I am new to your channel and I have to say that I really dig you going into “Murder Drone” as the series is based on hit horror movies, shows and media. As you might experience some horror elements throughout this series and more to come when the series get back to a normal level of posting when it comes back in Spring of March or April in next year. 😄 So I can say that this episode seem to focus on being “Vampire” or “Twilight” movie as the main theme for this beginning of the season. As Uzi being Bell and N being Edward in a way. So Murder Drones are being Vampiric Angels sent from a company that makes them have a unique set of goals out there. So next episode might bring some interesting horror aspect of the hit movie series of “Alien” so I hope your ready for the scary atmospheric episode and get some questions to ask on what is going on. With all said, a little fun fact for your time- N’s voice actor is Michael Kovach who done Jax’s voice from Digital Circus. It seems funny to witness the change of personality the guy do for his characters and bring some interesting things he can do out there.

The previous work by the person behind this, Internecion Cube, is more blatant straight-laced horror while Murder Drones tries to mix humor in constantly. Both are incredibly detailed, even if IC is just an animatic series (freeze frame in ep 2 on the vending machine is a good example of this). Remember, we were promised a beach episode for the series if a certain number of views are passed. Both are very much worth the watch.

Each episode is kinda an homage to a style of horror film - a "Carrie" episode, a "Jason" episode, a "Thing" episode, and so on - but while still advancing the main plot. It's actually impressive. You have to remember, this isn't Earth - it's another planet (Copper-9, to be precise). So, while all humans were wiped out *there,* back on Earth... My headcanon is that the v1 Drones freaked people out too much, so they decided for the 2.0 models to give them personalities to make them more "relatable." But they did it on the cheap, basically tossing a bunch of 70s-90s films into a computer and telling it to pick out random personalities from them to install. So much world building and information is given in those quick shots of screens or pinups on walls or whatever. You could wear out your mouse clicking to pause on everything.

Also, TADC and Murder Drones are under the same company, but are produced/written by different people. TADC is from Goosworx, while MD is produced by Liam Vickers. Warning for the show, the creator of it has not commented on whether or not the assassination of President Garfield happened in the lore, so there is a chance James Abram Garfield died on September 19 1881 in the lore of this series.

Best murder drone react i've seen she is not already confused by episode one unlike the others incredible just so you know there is a lot of hidden details that are crucials to the fulll understanding of the series basically you missed about 4 in just episode wich explains a lot in future episodes cuz these can be hidden in the simple glicht of an eye or programming text on the screen so be on the lookout for these

A couple of important facts that are not they say in the series but are clarified by the creator and the production team They are not on Earth but on an exoplanet called Cooper-9 a mining place and residential since history is ambient In the year 3073, worker drones are programmed to imitate human behavior and learn from it To improve the quality of their work as well as use internet for the same, you can also reproduce among themselves by the same reason that in Futurama the factories do not meet the demand, what is that for? The parents have to build the body of their child which will be in the shape of an egg and what really makes them their children is that each drone has a unique code and parents combine their codes to create their child's code. which will function as genetics as his son's body is updated until it is a fully formed drone. An example of this is Uzi herself since multiple jokes are made about him being made. why she is small even to be a working drone, and another interesting fact. Shipping N with Uzi is not shady since Uzi is between 18 and 20 and N is between 20 and 24

Okay, so I gotta do admit. Although I'm sure you've already got a couple of comments on him, Liam vickers has become something of a hyperfixation of mind since I watch this, so here's some background. He's actually been around youtube for quite the spell, first gaining cult popularity through his pilot, Cliffside. It's a weird western comedy short film he made in college and it's notable for being the only thing he's ever actually animated himself. He's a storyboarder by trade, part of why I think this show really excels at cinematography. But if you're really interested in real horror from this creator, I recommend his first channel, Scary Story Time with Liam, or SSTWL for short. There, he posted original creepypastas, which have much more cruel and depressing stories with graphic horror. He reads them himself, and it demonstrates his emotional range perfectly.
