Funfact: Kangaroos use punch each other to test there strength and figure out if it is even worth fighting each other and humans have in general a way stronger punch than kangaroos, so punching a kangaroo is a valid form to defend against them.

Don't quote me on this, but I watched the kangaroo video a while back, and I believe the Kangaroo was about to kill his dog, so he ran to save it. Kangaroos are known (or so ive heard) to drag smaller animals into water and drown them. They can be super aggressive and territorial. They also look like Ronnie Coleman sometimes, not sure why they are so jacked, but I guess they just be deadlifting out there in the land down under.

I think the worst part about that tone-deaf (both literally AND figuratively) cover of Imagine, is the inspiration behind it, and how that cover kinda overshadows the inspiration. For context: Italy was hit pretty hard by Covid, and people were obviously feeling very uncertain and scared. And during the early days of the pandemic, there was lots of stories and videos coming out of various Italian musicians performing from their homes for their neighbors in an effort to raise spirits. And one of the most famous videos was from the city of Trapani, where a trumpeter named Alberto Anguzza went onto his balcony and performed a beautiful version of Imagine for his neighbors. It was a genuinely uplifting video of people just... being good to each other, even in such uncertain times. A nice break from the constant panic and worry the Varus brought in the early days of the pandemic. It was also the video that inspired Gal Gadot to gather together a bunch of her celebrity friends to put out their own cover, in an attempt to lift everyone's spirits they same way Alberto and the many other musicians in Italy did... and it failed miserably.

I got a burnout during Covid, was diagnosed with depression too and I had to wait 8 months to get into therapy (Covid made a lot op people depressed and I was a more 'complicated' case). I am doing better too and I like to be honest about the process and how much better I feel now that I have medication and had therapy.

35:45 that was because of the soaps with antibiotics, the stuff that says that it kills 90% of the germs, it leaves the remaining 10% that resisted the antibiotics to multiply, it literally selected the strongest ones. And it didn't affect hands only, that stuff went into the sewer systems and had the same effect of leaving only the resilient germs alive. Just plain, normal soap and careful washing is way better than the half ass washing that people tend to do when using soaps that they think works better.

I should note that bail reform and reduction of sentences for non-violent offenders have long been goals of the prison reform movement, and on the whole, they've largely been successful where implemented. Holding poor defendants in jail pending trial is an old tactic used by prosecutors to coerce defendants into taking plea deals, and there have been a ton of complaints over mandatory minimum sentencing and other excessive punitive measures. That being said, there's always people out there making everyone look bad, so of course some people went out starting problems and getting rearrested. But the vast majority of people released after bail reform was implemented just went back to their normal lives.

There was a KZbin channel during 2020 that shut down, it was owned by an older married couple who where taking their sailboat yacht (not super yachts that people usually think about) around the world. In the final video of the channel, the wife was having to explain the reason for ending the series, as her husband passed away from the varus. The was she described him in his final moments was horrifying. The doctors resorted to cutting off toes, fingers, feet, and hands all in an effort to ensure the brain and vital organs got enough oxygen. The way she described it, I felt her sorrow of her loss. Of course, without her partner, there was no way she could pilot the boat. Boat Life channels got recommended a lot. It was the best way to move about during the varus since the sea was free. . . until you tried to go into port.

I got a good story for you. I live in Melbounre. We were under the harshest and longest lockdown in 2020. After a while we werre finally starting to get less and less restrictions and were able to go out and have some normalcy. Then one day, some removalists illegally crossed the state boarder (lockdown rules) and drove down to Melbourne to move some stuff and take it back to the state above us, NSW. The driver had covid and restarted an outbreak which sent us right back into lockdown for another 3 months.

hey, don't know if you will evere see this but i would recommend a video titled Gothic Horror RPGs set in your Hometown - An Intro To World Of Darkness by Bruva Alfabusa, it's an introduction to the "world of darkness" ttrpg world and i think it is very funny.
