What a truly lovely and human individual....who was clearly loved by everyone he came into contact with.

Absolutely brilliant man who together with Jimmy Perry and Jeremy Lloyd brought such brilliant programmes and characters to our screens. ❤

I guess this would have been Simon Cadell’s last ever TV appearance. Bless him, he looks so frail - he obviously very much wanted to be there for David. He was a terrific actor, and by all accounts a lovely man.

It was indeed Simon's last appearance. I had the great good fortune to be there sitting on the set that night and seeing the gang again. Simon was a sweet lovely man and much missed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, Roy. What a lovely (and very fitting) tribute. I’m lucky to own a couple of Felix Bowness’ original camera scripts from the first series of Hi-de-Hi, which I absolutely treasure. A show where the genuine warmth between the cast shone through - just fabulous.

Hi mate, love your channel. Please could you post the Bill Kenwright This Is Your Life episode from Feb 23, 1994? I believe it was Season 34. Would be great if you could, given his passing over the past week. Thanks.

It Ain't Half Hot Mum. What a superb series. Unfortunately you could never show it in this day and age, political correctness. Shut UP!
