Really enjoyed this format, no flashy montages/music, just some solid running. Good stuff

Whoa, you guys did amazing! Very inspiring! I just posted a lackluster run update. But I am getting back on it now. 👟💕

This video slaps dude. I love this type of content. Side note, how do the elites feel at your warmup pace?
@DaveTheRunner8 ай бұрын
Elites feel a bit weird to run slow In, but they weren’t too bad tbh

Great vid mate and welcome to the gc ! You doing gc mara ? Doing the half and have been dealing with shin splints missed 4 weeks of training already and now im just starting some super easy runs again so my whole preps cooked but ah well, might just be a run for fun dont think i will be getting a pb sadly
@DaveTheRunner8 ай бұрын
Cheers bro! I’m doing the Gc double 🙌🏻 Don’t stress about the 4x weeks Man, what’s happened has happened, just focus on what you can do from now on to be the best you can be come race day. And just enjoy it 👌🏼 My friend struggled with shin splints, nasty injury 🥲 I remember him saying ice helped a lot, then strength and technique training helped prevent it coming back

your hr cannot be right, no? basically the same hr average despite running 3:45 or 4:25? why don't u use a strap?
@DaveTheRunner8 ай бұрын
I put the average for the 5K split 🙌🏻
@DavidDA998 ай бұрын
@@DaveTheRunner i know, i am saying there is no change despite the drastic pace change? still mid 160s
@DaveTheRunner8 ай бұрын
@@DavidDA99 I think we just recovered well from the previous float and built the pace up as the 5K went on. So didn’t have much of a HR spike
@DaveTheRunner8 ай бұрын
It might not have been super accurate, I forgot to wear my HR strap

Too bad for that massive car that burns crazy amounts of gas. I thought that only Americans waste natural resources, it seems not. 👎🏻
