Hi, my name is Si.
In late September of 2021 I decided that I was a little bored with my small business selling antique and vintage furniture based in South Wales UK which we started 4 years ago from the ground up. I fancied doing something else completely, something fun and a new challenge, and that new thing is full time van life.
So, currently, I've closed down the business and I'm now living in the van partime. I have a Ford Transit SWB medium top van and that’s pretty much it. From here on out I am going to be filming my journey into full time vanlife, the van conversion (no experience) and everything it takes to get there. A kind of before and after video series of how I finally (no guarantees) got to where I want to be.
I am hoping to have the conversion done by summer 2022 (this didn't happen! maybe summer 2023?) and then travel fulltime around the coastline of the UK working along the way to fund the project/lifestyle. I may head to Spain first though? I have no idea what is about to happen... :)
Join me in that process (warts and all) and hopefully I can inspire someone else to do whatever it is they wish to do from the absolute ground up.

It was delicious! Method: 1. drink several pints. 2. Put all food in pan. 3. Heat it. :)

It was a gift but I know it was purchased off amazon. There's different ones on there. I think they're around £20-£25.

I changed the glow plug and the temperature guage thingy. Now it comes on very warm and cant change the temperature. Unfortunately my little digital screen is different from every other control box i have seen on you tube and it not coming up as an error. Any suggestions Si? Michelle.

Any suggestions? Mine has been a pain in the ass since I installed it! Lol my only suggestion would be to search KZbin vids for a solution. I've replaced my glow plug to. Now I have a fuel line issue. I've simply not had it in me to even go have a look at it! I'll get round to it soon. One thing you might try is to replace the led screen. You may also have to replace the internal circuit board to though but not a massive job. That might work. :)

@SuperVanVagabond OK, thanks. My hubby had to add a 12v on /off switch because one day it started up on its own. I will have a look at what you suggested, I do watch a lot of YT videos. Other half also suggested I would be better just replacing it. Thanks again. Michelle.

@SuperVanVagabond There is a lot on Amazon for under a £100 My control panel screen different from anything else I have seen on YT. (Press or turn one large knob)It has chinese writing on it and picture of a fan. there was no error code so I thought it had to be something simple, and it was. In tiny tiny print in English it said press and turn to change mode . And it worked fine, so all I have to remember is to press the button in to change mode. Lol
