Really glad to see Fourside back! I do have to say though, Jack saying that Cody will struggle because of moving makes no sense because he already DID move in early December, and the literal weeked after moving he won Santa Paws over Jmook. The weekend after that he won the FT10 over Zain and secured #1.

i will say, to what Toph was saying about the comradery of GG, i feel like Moist might be one of the only other examples. Zain is/was in both of course, but also just like he's very close with Moky and they both seem like good friends with Josh. and also i mean it's very clear that Moist is involved with the community because it's Ludwig and Yingling and so on. (idk who is moist and who is mogul moves, i assume moist is kinda just lud and the mogul moves employees are separate, but of course it's all tied together lol). other than that though, i mean, in 2024 it's hard for me to even think of a sponsor that has more than one player right now. i guess Flyquest, they've got Jmook Kodorin and importantly PewPewU, but aside from them and Moist...... who else? the amount of teams that even have 1 player is way down. our number 1 in the world is effectively unsponsored, since eggdog doesn't really count lol. and that's just kinda the way it is right now, i guess. the amount of sponsored players in the top ten used to be pretty much all ten, and now it's like maybe 5 off the top of my head, and maybe like 6 or 7 in the top 20, probably not even half. at least as far as big Esports Teams go. idk if they'll ever come back, but on the other hand, we are probably better off in the long run if we don't rely on them

Im on board with Zane, Zain is the hero(see what I did there). And the reason why is, he is still a flawed player. Cody is defensive ironclad god with unbreakable mental. Zain has something to prove, that he can clutch. Id be very happy to see him take back the #1
