I would allow eyepatches, the pirates used them to see better inside the ship's warehouse, the eye was better adapted to the lack of light and they saw better, they move their patches from side to side depending on the situation so I dont think their the opposite of glasses since they helped them to see better in dark places Sorry if is write badly I'm not an english speaker

That was one historical usage, but not the only reason. It was often used due to untreated eye issues or lazy eye, the pirates just adapted it due to their own usage. So Beidou would make sense in this case, but maybe not Kaeya since he started using it after his eye was allegedly "injured"

Eye patches also gives you access to Fischl. At that point you've got a pretty solid set of characters if you can get them. Fischl, Bennet, Sucrose. That's three of the best 4 stars in the game.

I gotta say, with the goggles thing but no eyepatches, "glasses" for this challenge can be defined as "an object one can wear on one's face in order to see through its lens (or equivalent)". You can't see through an eyepatch necessarily, and this would also exclude things like bandanas wrapped around your eyes (looking at you, Jingliu, despite being in HSR lol). Cuz even if you can see "through" them, you're actually looking PAST the individual threads of the fabric, not THROUGH the individual threads of the fabric. On the positive side, this would definitely include Charlotte's monocle! Things may get sketchy if the character has a fake pair of glasses, so that there's no actual lens or anything to look through... 🤔

I would disallow eyepatches mostly just to keep it a challenge run: Sucrose + Fischl is an EXTREMELY strong combination that can carry you through basically anything short of Abyss 12 before you even start thinking about the rest of your team. Then again you also won't be at end game for a long time and I'm pretty sure Fischl and Sucrose only synergize that well with Fischl's second ascension talent. Plus, Fischl and Sucrose are both great . . .
