Also, one thing that might make the Dragon extra scary is that the outsized sail could be used to deploy not only ICBMs, but also large quantities of drones (like an underwater aircraft carrier). Hmm, i allways questioned myself why do submarines not use the thing surrounding them as a recharger for electricity. Why dont they add loop holes to the external skin of the submarines that spin electric chargers? Wouldnt that give them an additional underwater time? Maybe noise our sound created with this system could be an issue, But it could be a tool that can be activated and deactivated on need, so for long safe travels activate it, and for dangerous situation switch so silent mode. Additionaly, needing to get up for air kinda too seems a bit weird in modern times, considering the oxygen present in water and the possibility of extracting that aswell to raise the amount of time being able to be submerged.

On this subject, I heartily recommend a track I discovered by accident (it appeared in my 'recommended' feed) by a British band called UNIT. The track is A Tribute To The Israeli Defence Force and it is excellent - tuneful and forceful without being bombastic combined with a lovely lyric. I know next to nothing about the group but on investigation I see they've recorded a whole batch of Jewish related tracks such as Pesach, Yom Kippur, Bar Mitzvah, Israel Is Real, The 613 Mitzvot and probably others I don’t know about yet.
