Ciao Marco!! So you managed to find a piece of Heaven for under 800 euros? Incredible. The house is warm, welcoming and so thoughtfully designed. And the views.....just awe-inspiring. Why anyone would sell it is beyond me. I would be hard pressed to leave the property once I settled in! Another visually incredible production of a fantastic home. Grazie Marco! This was a real treat.

Bella proprietà Marco! I just returned home from two weeks exploring Tuscany: Scandicci for the olive harvest, Firenze for its history, Fiesole, Arezzo, Siena, Puglia: Bari, Modugno; Bologna, Abruzzo: Montepagano where a friend just restored a 1000 year old home :). Each had unique foods, architecture, dialects, fashion and stunning views! I rekindled my love for italy as one of the finest places to live or retire to :). Keep these wonderful properties coming with your magic touch of local foods, modes of transportation, style of presentation; we all enjoy them very much.

I have watched your channel for a while, i finally subscribed today. Your postings are top notch. I love how you mix the tourist spots, food, and real estate. You communicate clearly for those of us that do not have knowledge of the Italy. You are also easy on the eyes.😊

This is the first new-build Italian house that I really like. I generally prefer the converted farm houses. The only thing I'd change is that upstairs bedroom bath -- shower, that seems like a cleaning nightmare to me. Great price! I live on Maui and you can't even get a cement block 3 bdrm 1 bath built cheap and fast in the 50s on less than a quarter acre for less than $900,000. In 2022 we took the ferry out to Isola Magiore and had a wonderful lunch. Grazie for another wonderful video keeping me distracted from the unfolding of the current state of the USA which will have worldwide effects.

Beautiful place. I follow you because you have a great way to expose the properties beginning with the local food which is such a huge part of the culture. I am not in this market as I am looking to retire next year and think a smaller lower maintenance place would work better. I hope that one day you show us smaller spaces perhaps in the smaller towns of Tuscany, Umbria, Marche. Love your channel.

Hi Marco! Your video's a fabulous. It's like a virtual field trip and much fun to enjoy viewing. THE ONE thing I wonder, since I do not live in Italy and don't have a sense of reality is IF you lived there, what would your grocery shopping store/farmers market look like? How far away? What time is the best time to go shopping? I've learned, and forgive me, you already know, Italy has some different than America times to shop. All good. I am curious about the logistics of living in that space. Internet, services, etc. It's so beautiful and tastefully done. Thank you for sharing the video with us.

I can answer your question somewhat about the food shopping. I’ve just spent two weeks travelling Italy and one supermarket in particular. Esselunga or CoopFi, has everything you would want and more at half the price it is in Canada. Aside from the larger markets, you will find local farmers shops throughout town for your daily supplies. Their produce in Italy seems much fresher and more organic than what I find in Canada for the most part. The food also has more flavour, for example, when I buy almond milk in Toronto, it has near to no flavour of actual almonds in it, whereas in Italy, each of the brands I purchased, you can taste the almonds without any extra additives or preservatives. I was experiencing digestive problems here at home and was worried about consuming foods in Italy, but to my surprise, over two weeks all my issues subsided and felt great eating there.

You can easily find a lovely grocery shop in a 10-15 minute drive. I looked it up on maps, and nearby, there's a Conad supermarket, Europspin, Lidl, and several small grocery shops - and not to mention the number of farmers; you will never run out of food, lol. I am Italian and lived in Vancouver; going to a grocery shop there was way more complicated than going to Italy. Opening hours usually are from 8 am to 8 pm. The Internet is ok, not as fast as a big city, but absolutely doable. In about an hour, you can drive to Perugia, Siena, and Arezzo; in terms of distances, everything is pretty close, and for an American or Canadian, it's quite shocking how simple it is to get around.

Very lovely. In Italian are the floors called fish hook? In English we call them herringbone. Cute translation!
