I never thought of Takashi's videos as high quality compared to other similar interviews. They are well executed for sure, but I find them endearing for their simplicity and parts where 'why did you do it that way' and 'that could've been better but you're a normal youtuber so it's fine.' I've seen other youtubers who have 'copied' his style (and people who've done his type of style before him), and although they tend to be lesser in quality, they are still generally similar as well.
@mirzasthreepeat30823 ай бұрын
I like Takashi's videos. And I think that it's cool that he doesn't care about the negative comments too much. Also, I don't think that his videos neccessarily mean that Japan is 100% what is being shown by Takashi, but they are fun videos to watch. I'm glad he's doing ok with KZbin.

More than a few Japanese KZbinrs have commented that his presentation of many issues isn't representative of Japan as a whole, and is possibly even purposefully controversial just to get more views. At the very least, much of his content is a very small snapshot, at best, of a small demographic within one area. Hardly representative of Japan. The amount of Japanese people who are tired of Tokyo representing Japan, for example, is high.
@johnlin55503 ай бұрын
Just like the amount of French people who are tired of Paris representing France is also high, yet it is for a reason; extremely high population density around capital cities (around the world, I might add) which means that such cities are, by the numbers, _most_ representative of its corresponding country. Realistically such KZbinrs are simply playing the numbers game, rather than "purposefully controversial", although they probably wouldn't mind the attention, admittedly. Hate the game, not the player? Of course, your point about such a representation being *actually* unrepresentative is accurate, but I'd caution against painting too nefarious a picture of these Internet personalities.
