The thing about cat: Dog does play after it, but there is a bug with Minecraft itself where the game will prematurely end modified music discs at the same time the normal music ends. So at the moment the only way to get it to work is to use a mod that force it to play longer.

in 1.21 mods and datapacks can just change how long a music disc is (and just straight up make new songs) so youll probas be able to fix it yourself in the future

@@pythongaming1791 I'm not a dev for this mod but I've done my own research for texture pack making purposes and the way mojang changed the discs makes it impossible for anyone to change the lengths of existing discs.

Your first video on the subject was recommended to me and I immediately downloaded & fell in love with the mod. I'm using world editors to bring my scattered builds throughout the years into one world I feel like I've finally recovered from accidentally deleting my first creative world in ~2015, that hollow feeling is now gone

I have been wanting to try this but one of the most important things just does not work on my controller, the sprint button. I have tried leaving it on the default which is none, doesn’t work, then I tried to map it to a button like down on the left stick. Still didn’t work. And then I tried to go to my computer and press ctrl which is the run button and that did not work either. The only way I ever got to run was either A. If I ran my controller through a program making Minecraft think it was a PlayStation controller or B. By double pressing W and only w on the keyboard. Any solution to my predicament would be helpful please.

@@Pokemaniac_101 I don’t use PlayStation either I use a Switch Pro Controller but since Minecraft Legacy4J didn’t recognise it I had to put my controller through a program called BetterJoy which made it first think that it was a Xbox controller which worked perfectly except for running which is why I switched it to make Minecraft think my switch controller was a PlayStation controller instead but then it would not stop moving on its own. (Ps. If you do read this then can you please say how to turn off certain mods in Re-Console like the old combat that way me and others don’t get banned of off servers that think we are hacking like Hypixel for example).
