Glad to see ya back, after a week I was worried that stingray jab got infected. I don't know if they're actually spawning but I catch small stripers in the spawning grounds. Like 10-14", 1lb. Some years that class of fish will be thick on the spawning grounds too.

@@EliasVFishing imo it's all instinct, if they're big enough to follow the school upriver they will. Random flounder will travel with those schools way upriver too, like they're just tagging along. I'm on the peak of the hickory shad bite on the neuse rn, 30-40 an hr. Let me know if you want me to put you on some this week, it's a hell of a bite but it's gone quick

You tried out a Lightning Kayak and I have two. How does it compare to your other kayaks like your outback. I love the Lightning but have never used any others. I have had problems with one drive and thought about buying a Hobie drive. Would you spend the extra money or stay with the Lightning drive. One has been good the other has broke twice.

Awe some video, inspiring. Gulp are $$ but they cost alot of $$ also. I fish alt products, Yum baits are very good. Soo many good 3.4 - 4" swim tails out there fished w a gel scent are just as affective. Love vertical jig fishing, my fav. Keep it up bro, you are the man. I often wondered what Elias did for work. I’d say the fin is more powerful if you are looking at doing mileage. If your trips under two miles the prop is more precise for certain movements and more reliable

Yellow tag, let's go!!! 2 years ago it was a hat or 5 bucks. I have a hat I got from a yellow tag I caught 2 years ago at L&D 1. They send you a certificate with a map of the telemetry of the fish's movement from the time it was stocked until you caught. Emailed you a study of CF striper reproduction. It's from a few years ago, but the picture they paint is bleak.
