I'm a carer, acting and unpaid, for an 81 year old lady in North Staffordshire. Last Thursday night/Friday morning, she fell inher flat, giving herself a good bashing in the process, the ambulance service was notified during the night by the 'lifeline' service. The ambulance arrived 22 hours later! She then was housed for several hours in THREE ambulances before being taken into the hospital buildings. I'm quite certain that the NHS and the good folk of North Staffs, could have used that money, for the benefit of OUR PEOPLE!!

Regarding the V.A.T. on fee paying schools: The Government has an obligation to provide education, and incredibly could ultimately have to send children to the very same fee paying schools from which they came if there are no places available in the state system. However, what would happen in that scenario if those fee paying schools have actually had to close because of this????....Where would those children go then?????

They've given 50 million quid to a group who grinds civilians into burger meat under the tracks of armored vehicles on the streets in front of their families, yet here they cut winter fuel payments for the elderly, deny children their education by taxing it and deny our farmers a future by taxing it, all because the country is apparently bankrupt. Showing support for a proscribed organisation is a criminal offence under the Terrorism Act, as is giving money to a proscribed organisation, I seem to remember that Jack Letts parents were convicted of this offence after sending money to their son who was in Syria and later had his British citizenship revoked and was returned to Canada. The Government needs to be taken to court over this, surely it cannot be right for a Government to use taxpayers money in this manner?
