Her 1st skill's already strong even before this buff, players just tend to throw it randomly and forget the it triggers her passive as well.

The 1st skill is only strong for early game. Once you get enough attack speed, you dont need 1st skill anymore because you want to avoid the delay animation

Yes you have survivability but it would take you 30 mins to actually deal damage because you don't have defensive items. Just so you know, thunderbelt deals damage based on EXTRA defense, meaning it must come from items (also emblems, I forgot. Still won't deal much) then you buy malefic second item, a complementary item. I use tank emblem when I play marksman but thunderbelt makes me wonder how deep in master hell are you
