Constant lane pressure in lategame made easier by Statikk will benefit you most of the time, yes... Unless you're in a bronze game and your team ARAMs 4v5 and dies midlane after the 15th minute mark over and over while your trying to push

His team was already wining, it isn’t a build to 1v9. When your team is just better, you only need to know how to play your champ and any decent build will work. To 1v9, you need a different build. And up to platinum at least you need to 1v9.

The shock dmg from static gets buffed aswell from shadowflame, i have a build on teemo with static shiv into shadowflame. It works relly good aswell on kogmaw, it is absolutely disgusting on kogmaw with the new rune axium arc too. Your ulti dmg is a shocker on those 2 items. 8% dmg from coup de grace, 20% from shadowflame and 14 % from axium arc

All this snowball, lvl 18 by 22-23 minutes, the first blood mental pressure, it's like Riot think the players' attention span is lower than a kid watching tiktok, like, the games feel so lost and so hard to make a comeback nowadays, I definitely don't feel like trying to make a come back unless it's a ranked match, most unranked "for fun" games with my friends end at 15 minutes either us or enemy team ff as soon as possible it's crazy what Riot is doing to this game gameplaywise and outside as well (talking about the blue essence and champion unlock drama)
