Hot laps is some of the best racing in box stock and beginner box stock. They might not know how to space out But they get practice being around other cars sooo there’s that.

Really proud of ya buddy. You ran a superb race. Ethan, the kid in second I believe, was faster than Chase lap time wise but Chase ran such a definitive line that Ethan couldn't figure out how to pass him with the speed he had to pass on the inside because Chase was running such a good line. If you watched on the front stretch at least don't know about back couldn't see that far clearly but on the front stretch when he came out of turn four, he was really low and then ran a straight line just gradually getting higher and higher as he got to the turn to apex beautifully into the turn a tiny bit higher than normal. Then he'd come off low and do it again. It was text book and exactly what he needed to do to win that race had he left the bottom door open even one corner that ole boy in second woulda been bye him. I don't think he's as experienced as Chase is going through the turns faster speed wise. Chase can handle it and that little fella just lacked what he needed to get past Chase. Beautiful run bud. Something else I just love about you and Kimbo is the love you have for that boy. It doesn't matter if it's warm ups heat or feature, at a race track or at the home track before that young man goes out on that track one if not both of you parents are telling him you love him. I just love that. Thats why they call karting a family sport. I'm curious to the extent of tech they've put you through five in a row. I've been in that position before at our local Friday night track where I came home in a box not because of track tech but some dad of a competitor against me paid the protest money demanding complete teardown, I loved it every time they did that because I enjoyed the humility of them seeing we were legal and my dad got to keep the protest money it just sucked having to pay for another rebuild ha-ha. Your turn now Pops the boy got er done when you racing again. Keep up the good work both Ole #7's. Oh, yea how's the speed shop been doing?
