maybe you could consider while building a custom cart, have a couple people help you, and build in lots of drama, arguing, etc. like orange county chopper. satire of course.

I'm liking the build of the cart. Just curious as how tight the bolt that goes through your lowering block has to be? The reason I ask is because if you have to tighten it a lot you might want to cut a piece of tubing inside the block to act as a spacer to keep the block from collapsing when you tighten the bolt. I'm looking forward to seeing the cart when it's finished & doing wheelies!!

You may want to put your converter on a relay connected to the key switch. It will totally drain your battery in about a week. Looks great

Well that carbon fiber driveshaft won’t break the drivers right arm or destroy the tunnel. Looks like someone didn’t tighten the ubolts, or too much dynamic pinion angle.

I would try 15 front 58 back and definitely getting left on the start and restarts as well. In the heat looked like the guys behind Chasinator jumped the start just by what the pace 4-wheeler driver told Chase. You’ll get it keep working on it. Check your RPMs and see what they are, that will tell if you need to go up or down on the gear. All in all great run had fun, didn’t tear anything up and Chase was able to get some seat time. Thanks for sharing.

We always changed gears by the rpms. Motor guy says 6800 is what he wanted to turn the motor to get the horse power out. Go out and turn 6900 take a tooth off. That’s how we still base gear.

Chase had my luck on that race. He will be giving you hell on the track soon. My Birthday is in July too and you better get you a big stick for the boys lol. My youngest girl turned 37 today. Nothing good family fun.
