Great inspector. Lucky he did his job. Build barndominium... I bought nice house few years ago. I’m happy but back of my head I always think about barndominium.

Just be happy you don't live north of the border. It costs 350k+ to get a small 2 bedroom place with no driveway or garage. Anything a car guy would actually want would be 5 to 700k.

Everything is close to 1 million for small lot and 2 car garage were I live your lucky your not in the west coast of California.
