Rarely do you see a woman in charge of a business in India. When I say in-charge, not just the cash counter but the whole of ops and business. This young lady has it in her. Ulvacharu is not the puree of horsegram, but ulvacharu is prepared by boiling horse gram and broth is separated with out the pulp and broth is reduced by boiling and masala is added with thadka. It takes nearly 12 to 14 hours. If puree of horsegram is added then it doesn't taste like orginal ulvacharu. While boiling the horse gram should nut burst
