was about to comment the same, only difference really is no thermals and a bit weaker apfsds round. Vehicles like these that dont get played alot (prolly cuz its an event vehicle) often get overlooked but in the hands of a good player theyre just outright broken for the br.

I strongly disagree , it's fine at 10.3 just good players make it broken besides that , it's just a fast cannon. Glass tank with no thermal and okiishhh 400mm pen , now at 10.7 is just mainly a meme try hard tank

@@liamseven1604 because it just restricts meta and locks into fewer options for meta tanks , why play this when you can just go type 90 at 11.3 with the all recent downtiers? Even the cv90 has gen 2 thermal + commander sight and a 5 s reload at 10.3 , just because you can 50 cal it's okay to stay at 10.3 by gaijin logic? For the pt-16 to go up it should be another general tech tree decompression , just Russian players complaining that they get destroyed against vet players on good tanks , while you still have 2s38 at 10.3

@ It's like the 2A4 without the slightly good armour and no crappy thermals - except it has a 4s reload, better top speed (72km/h instead of 68km/h, better acceleration (29.7 HP/TON instead of 27.2 HP/TON), MUCH better reverse speed (72km/h instead of just 31km/h). I'd say they're just as good as one another. The CV90105 has a worse reverse speed (40km/h instead of 72km/h) and worse acceleration (26.8 HP/TON instead of 29.7 HP/TON). As you said, it also is able to get 50 cal'd (lol), a slightly worse round, and has a 25% longer reload. In return... it gets gen 2 thermals, LWS, smoke grenades, and light tank perks. I don't think that's worth it. The 2S38 can go to 10.7 too- that's fine by me.
