From high fashion to "Milk like it used to taste," Arethusa Farm owners Anthony Yurgaitis and George Malkemus are working to protect Litchfield County land from overdevelopment and bring it back to what it was 100 years ago, a thriving dairy farm. Their animals are happy, healthy and safe and boy, can you taste the difference a lot of love makes!
