Choosing a videographer is hard. I have found one that I feel "clicks" with my and my fiance's personality. His video style is amazing, but I'd like him to include a little bit more "detail shots" of the day (decor, florals, etc). How do I ask without insulting his craft?

@@QuakerLyrics Most videographers will send you a questionnaire of some sort to fill out before your wedding, but if you don't sense one is coming then just an easy email asking if you guys could hop on a call to chat about the day should suffice! Personally, I would say this particular preference falls squarely in the category of client preference, rather than the artist's style

I loved the entire film! I enjoyed seeing the couple interact and the build up to their first kiss. Mostly I loved how the team captured their entire day not just the venue or random objects in a moving motion. This film was created with love and it shows.

I do! I think the 2010's were all about cinematic post rock (i.e. explosions in the sky, coldplay, etc.). I see this next decade staying cinematic and dynamic, but swapping out overdriven guitars for electronic. Future Bass & LoFi have a strong future!

hahaha someone DMed me on Instagram asking that too, sorry for the confusion! LoFi is a style of music! It's very laid back and chill electronic. Think coffee shop/studying music, but with more electronic elements.

Not a dumb question! It literally means low fidelity, aka lower quality. But that's a terrible practical definition haha. The LoFi genre is generally chill electronic music that has some "grit" to it (like a static radio vibe), hence the "LoFi" name.
