As of January 2021, Cuba has adopted the Cuban peso as its only currency. Cuba had operated with two currencies, the Cuban peso (CUP) and the Cuban convertible peso (CUC). The convertible peso was used for foreign transactions and in the tourism industry. Under Cuban law, it is strictly forbidden to import or export the Cuban peso. Tremendous video sir. The 1897 one penny coin i think was very striking and i liked the intricate motif and the fact of how much events that coin has been through time. I think 1 year later the Spanish-American war took place over colonies unless my memory is incorrect. Anyway, the Cuba coin looked also very nice and fairly unusual i thought. I like the international coins - it gives the coins and just my interest another dimension and i find it interesting to see how each country mints their own coins. Great channel and jumper is okay.

Hi Christopher, 2/- = Florin, 2/- became 10p after decimalisation. The Hungary coin looks like the Robin Hood style of character which is previlant across Europe. Steve
