ट्विन रेजिडेंस जयपुर में एक लग्जरी हाउस है जिसे दो भाइयों के लिए एक ही परिसर में अलग-अलग घरों के रूप में बनाया गया है। इस घर को इस विचार के साथ बनाया गया है कि इसमें दो निजी घर हों, जो आपस में जुड़ी हुई जगहों के माध्यम से जुड़े हों। बाहर से देखने पर यह एक ही घर जैसा दिखता है और जब भी आवश्यक हो, दोनों घरों के निवासियों के बीच बातचीत और संपर्क को बढ़ावा देता है।

घर के बाहरी हिस्से को इस तरह से डिजाइन किया गया है कि दोनों घर एक ही बड़े और भव्य घर के रूप में दिखें। एक केंद्रीय आंगन दोनों घरों के लिए संपर्क का मुख्य केंद्र बनता है, जिसमें एक विशाल पूजा कक्ष भी शामिल है। इस पूजा कक्ष के आसपास एकत्रित होने की जगह है, जहाँ बड़े-बड़े समारोह आसानी से हो सकते हैं।
घर के एकरंगी लेकिन भव्य इंटीरियर्स और डबल हाइट स्पेस घर के अंदर के स्थानों को और भी बड़ा दिखाते हैं। केंद्रीय आंगन की मदद से डबल हाइट स्पेस harsh climatic conditions में भी घर को अच्छी तरह से रोशन और हवादार रखने में सहायक होते हैं।

Although the layout’s nice, the interiors are quite monotonous & boring. Extreme luxury tones down the homely vibes. But the layout/floor plan is excellent. Good job by architects connecting two homes with similar layouts.
