To bake my Hot Wings Cake, I began by making 12.5lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake. Each layer is then stacked with sweet Italian meringue buttercream and coated in Simple Syrup. This recipe makes three separate wings which are all flavoured with various spices. Each wing is textured then coated in a spiced caramel drizzle full of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and more for a sweet twist on a classic chicken wing. Check out the full recipe here:
