Every morning, before breakfast, I make myself coffee (standing on one leg), and then ride for at least 30 minutes on my Bike Erg, while drinking the coffee, reading and answering email, social media, etc. Then a second cup of coffee (standing on the other leg), breakfast and the rest of my day. I haven't been quite as successful at making resistance work a habit. I do it (pull-ups, dips, push-ups, step-ups, abs and hamstring rollouts) three times a week but it is a chore. I keep hoping that I'll start to enjoy it. I do get general angst when I don't do it, though. So maybe I'm more hooked than I think. I also enjoy running, rowing, and cycling but I do those during the day in addition to the morning "ride" when the mood strikes me.

Wow, that sounds great! I wish more people could take better care of their health (as I see you do). In 20, 30 years from now we will thank ourselves for the small actions we take today. Thanks for sharing, Gordon!
