Vale's first revamp disappointed me af since I was a Vale main. I left playing him for a while, but after trying him after some time, I realized he was kind of buffed. But the old Vale is still OP! Missing him xD

​@@b.laZ.e That is the reason why they kinda nerf him. Many players uses Vale for that extra movement speed and burst damage, so it kinda affects the popularity of Eudora and Nana. Vale is very mobile, and also his kit aren't efficiently used since many players always used Damage 1st - CC 2nd - Damage - Ult, while his other skills are left untreated. Also, his requirement to enhance his skills often makes players mispicked their skills, which is also annoying since you can't revert it back to its original state. The one thing that makes new Vale capable now, is that you don't have to choose or ended up mistakenly picked a wrong skill since they are merged. Also, his new 2nd can also provide vision to enemies in the bush, and you can still burst enemies even in CDR build. Maybe no one likes the new Vale, but some found him interesting now that he also got a damage buff. 😂

@@RTONL true. but as an experienced vale user, i had almost no chance of messing up the skill choice. also other mages like nana and eudora are as well effective in their own opponent composition. vale was a multitasker. despite his movement speed, he could easily penetrate the squishes and almost take away 50% hp of the hybrid. nonetheless, he was OP and i can't change my mind, however, i wouldn't call the new vale of no use 🤷🏻

@@b.laZ.e True, and hence this is also about some new players trying the game. I guess, the devs changed their minds about adding that skill sets. I mean, it is more like freaking Pokemon Unite skill sets 🤣😂 The one thing I kinda like about this Vale is, even when you missed his skills, he have a very low cooldown, and when using CDR build, he can be spammable. He is still a multi tasker, can support and mid, and even utility as well. The only problem I had with Vale is that freaking 2nd Skill is buggy 😂 Like if his 2nd Skill was within the wall, it won't go towards the center of your Ult and got stuck on the wall. If they could fix this problem, I will main Vale, but I am still a Novaria main 🤣

I like Vale. And I like playing midlane with mages whenever my team offers a roam. You see, I'm a roam main, and mid or roam are my 2 top picks. However, whenever I play Vale, I get ganked and countered by dash/burst heroes like gusion or nolan. It's worse if I play as a mage with no mobility/cc like Zhask or Cyclops. It also doesn't help that the roamer who takes my position rarely provides vision, and I'm the one paying for the price from the bushes left and right 🥲

When you’re faced with that repeatedly use Eudora kadita or odette. You can stay hidden in the bushes. Passively you won’t feed and you’ll become fed enough to venture out a little more. I would only do that just to be able to stay with the roam as mage. I do my best to stay with tank. It’s my best chance not to die.

I actually like him more because instead of a full damage type mage i use vale as a CC,poke support type mage I use 45cd build so i can use vales second skill as much as possible I can easily stop enemies from chasing and escaping Tip use first skill as much as possible to a tank before having a clash And use second skill only when you have teammates fighting to assist them Using your first skill to reduce enemy tank before having a clash is huge because enemy tank cant stay for long in a clash

Actually, Vale was picked more often before his last revamp. He used to be able burst down squishy and assasin heros with 2/3 of HP with ust skill 2+1 . Now even full combo can't burst down any hero.a

S2: Throws a tornado that Airbornes any enemies hit dealing dmg. Tornado stops at max distance and remains for a few seconds dealing continuous dmg and Airbornes enemies in contact. Ult: Summons cyclone which pulls enemies inside a Circular AoE while dealing DoT dmg. Also pulls tornado to the center. Cyclone explodes after a while dealing medium dmg. [Guide] 1. 3 Build: PEN w/Movement or Burst or Slow w/Anti Heal 2. Try to roam around as much as possible to gain passive stacks. 3. You can pre plant S2 tornado where fleeing enemies can possibly run to. 4. Place your ult only after they have used dashes or you can easily CC them with S2. 5. These aren't "Small Adjustments" to his skills. The whole appeal of Vale was being able to choose your playstyle for him as either burst, CC or Mix. Moontoon took that away hence why he isn't picked as much now
