Once they remove his mana, I can finally use popol as a roamer. It still sucks when kupa either attacks the enemy during lv1 with no skill 2 to call back or stays outside of the bush when you're hiding. Popol being REALLY REALLY dependent on Kupa is really restricting as well

I may be able to answer your question. After reviewing, that "buff" you are seeing is actually Hanabi's Corrosion Scythe stacking and working against you, it's a debuff. Sometimes this is confusing especially if multiple heroes in-game buy the same item. I hope Moonton improves this by highlighting the enemy's debuff stacking on you with a red border, so you will know that it's not your buff but the debuff from an enemy with the same item as yours.
