My britpart xs will start my v8 diesel Range Rover without a battery being on the car,really good and better than that imo and the same price and it will charge many devices as well with the leads that come with it.

No chance! Diesels require battery pack jump starters that are on the powerful size. Super capacitor jumpers have advantages over battery powered ones, but it’s disadvantage is that it’s not as powerful.

How long could you drive for after this item jumps your battery?

Unless something is wrong, once your car starts the alternator takes over (and it also charges the battery back to full), so you’re good to go after it starts then recharges the battery. If your battery is no good it won’t recharge, however your alternator will be doing all the work so you’re fine UNTIL you shut the car off…then you would have the same problem again (a battery that can’t kick the engine over).

How long did it take to go to 99% and then you were able to start it on the first attempt?

Got to 99% in few minutes mate. The last percent took about half a minute I would say. Once the charging was complete and I had pushed the button to put the power back into the battery it started no problem. With Maude being cold she didn't start very easily which meant the starter had to turn quite a few times and it didn't slow down or anything so it defo charged the battery a good amount. In fact it took a good half a minute or so for me to drain the battery again for the 2nd test. 👍

Well within 10 minutes of me draining my battery, I had the car started. But the Autowit unit showed 50 % when I first plugged it in (I'm guessing it came part charged from the factory??)

this thing is a hit or miss half the time, if the battery is very discharged the unit won't even detect it as a battery and doesn't turn on. And when it does turn on it's not guaranteed to start the car even on smaller engines. Most the time I have to use jumper cables AND the autowit to start a car
