not many people will understand the gravity of what Tyler has accomplished in league. Especially because his success in league utilizes a very macro-oriented, pattern recognizing playstyle. He's made for chess. When Tyler looks at a frame of league he intuitively understands where each player is, where the value is, what everyone's win condition is and makes the right move accordingly. He did this for all 5 roles of the game. He didn't succeed because he's just mechanically gifted on a strong champion and downing Adderalls. He wins with the same tools that you win with chess. He's also an addict.

Love that Levy never clickbaits in his titles. Truly excited to see the galaxy's first 10'000'000 Elo player.

Gotham, you and Tyler are such an inspiration! I started playing five weeks ago. I'm 700 rapid and 1800 in puzzles now, but I played like 4 times less games and puzzles than Tyler. I wish I had as much time for playing as he has. It must be a crazy ELO ride.

Although, playing a lot isn't the solution to everything. Trial and error analysing is crucial. Not playing too much, but slowly and seriously is invaluable for making progress. (I am only a measly 1500 chess com in rapid, and it took me 2 years of effort)

@@jongler9775lmao you wanna tell me if he puts 10k hours into chess while improving, there would be many who can win against him?

@@EdooX888 Well, all I wanted to convey was : everybody's personnal situation and motivation being different ( youngster ? adult with kids ? ), getting into grinding a lot of games whithout taking the time to analyse them is a common trap one shouldn't fall into. I guess I was being captain obvious here, maybe. I wish us all a great chess journey. Cheers
