Having a brand new or impecibly maintained machine makes a world of difference, too. You can have all the attachements you want, but if the machine has any leaking cylinders or lines, worn out bushings, or slop in the controls it won't matter how skilled you are. . In the 1970's, I worked with a man in a concrete block plant who lost his left hand and half his forearm in an accident in a concrete pipe plant belonging to another company. Loss of that limb never even slowed him down. He could handle everything from a broom, shovel, a forklift, a payloader to an Ericson machine which looks like a small rail dragster but actually uses a hydraulic lift table in front to lift steel racks holding 108 blocks to place it on, or remove it from, a set of conveyor chains. This guy so impressed me that even though I haven't seen him since I quit there about 1979, after 45 years, I still remember his name so SHOUT OUT TO YOU, THEO LESHORE!!! If you're still out there, man, I hope you're doing well!!! I was thinking that if, God forbid, this machine operator ever lost an arm, he could get a prosthetic backhoe implant and bounce right back to work.

Hello, since my childhood I have been magically attracted to excavators and construction machinery and I have to stop every time and see what is being done there. I've always wanted to work with an excavator to understand how it all works and it almost worked, but then it didn't work for personal reasons and I haven't tried it again yet. I've seen a lot of excavator drivers who also worked very sensitively, but that's what he's doing here no, I've never seen that before, he plays with his excavator like a child in the sandbox ... Bucket from left to right, vibrating plate in, then out, carefully scrape out the soil, then slowly sprinkle it in again without wasting a crumb. Wow, that's awesome, so crazy to watch, I get goosebumps while watching. Simply phenomenally good, the human being, there would have to be more of them who can do it that way, then the construction sites would not take such a crazy long time. 👍 high for this excavator operator
