Tourism generates revenues, and that's why i support vloggers coz they help promote the country they're in, which boosts tourism. So there's a symbiosis between vlogger and country. I read an article before that says the reason why US dollar has been growing stronger lately is not because the US economy is doing great but because of some measures the US gov. is taking (raising interest rates) to counter the high inflation that's been happening there. I hope you get a good cut when that property sells. 😂 Love Pancake House too btw. My fave is their Chocolate Marble pancakes. 🥞

Hi Justin, the conversion from 237m2 to sq ft is actually 2551 sq. ft. You might adjust that for the video. And for the second condo your figures are off as well. 167m2 equals 1797sq.ft. Not the 1700 that shows on the screen. And the third one is 1722sq.ft. Not 1600. And the fourth one is 2174sq.ft. Not 2020 as you suggest. You seem to be just multiplying by 10, when the actual value is 10.764

Today the Philippine peso has slid down further to P59.0245 to one US dollar. Good for tourists like you, nothing but more misery for the Filipino people as it leads to higher prices and overall inflation. Prices of commodities will also rise up, after rising already thanks to the pandemic. Trust though that Filipinos will keep on smiling thanks to our innate resiliency. So in the end, we need more tourists as it will balance many of the economic deficiencies.

Not really. Almost all currencies have also fallen against the US$…..so imports from everywhere apart from the US should be more or less the same. Of course the price of oil and gas increased, thanks to Mr Putin……but that is coming down now as well. Enjoy!

Your right. Check out Vietnam Condos and prices. I like the condo floor plans in Vietnam. Not a lot of wasted space. The rooms and bathrooms have more space which makes sense. I don't see paying $3,000 USD plus per month for these condos. In Vietnam, furnished condos have the Wow factor designs for $1000 USD per month or less near the beach. Any furnished condo between $1000 and $1500 per month is awesome!

You are close to where I’m going to live with wife and 2 kids. We’re about 2 blocks from Salcedo village. What’s nice about several of the condo buildings is that they only have 2 plus bedrooms. We got massive discount of half off asking rent on 3 bedroom for 2 year rental. Lease signed about 3 months ago for 70k per month.

That 4 bedroom 4.5 bath is soooooo cheap. There must be something wrong in it. Maybe I overlook something or read it wrong. Foreigners do contribute a lot when they visit Philippines, I, as a citizen of the country who visit every year do spend a lot of money there. Foreigners such as yourself who blogs do get lots of benefits for visiting. Your subscribers will surely grow when you visit the country., and people will surely treat you with kindness. Fun fact, when people complain about the US debt and value of the US dollar they don’t understand why the US prints its money and how much they spread the currency around the world. By giving other countries billions like Ukraine currently they are increasing the value. Mexican citizens working in US sending US dollars back to family in Mexico and many other examples just further strengthens the US dollar. With Russian oil pipelines being shut down the dollar grows exponentially and we see the Ruble collapsing to the USD.

I have a beautiful condo like that one u showed, the problem with it is well it's very new and large and beautiful some other owners or buyers turn around and rent out rooms as a Airbnb hotel.. so here I am In this beautiful condo and down the hall we have riff raff coming and going like a hotel.. this should NOT be allowed, I paid good money for a above average condo (u actually showed it) and don't think it's right that just anyone can enter.

Edades Tower & Garden Villas is my favorite… love the double height ceiling and open floor living room concept. Sadly, those endless rows of slums squatting on the opposite side of the Pasig river spoiled the view for me. Such an eyesore!! 🥴😵‍💫
