The price is too much. You can actually own a house and lot with garden in BF Homes Paranaque with just 15M pesos. Try to look for a house there, it’s so nice and a lot of shops nearby as well. Most rich Filipinos are living there. And the best part is it’s a quiet place, no loud noise.

Make sure you read the fine details and ask questions because it might look good but is it made good. And condo in the Philippines has tons of rules and extra fees. Tell your viewers everything.

The 2 bedroom units of Balmori Suites sell for ₱72Million so that more than 1 Million dollars. The property is very high end and luxurious. Now the 3 bedroom units sell for 129 Million pesos. However, if this property is in the US this could sell for more than 20 Million US dollars or more.

I believe so, it depends on whether or not the appliances, AC, etc are ' inverter ' or not, the inverter ones cut electric bills significantly, up to 50% depending on the appliance. Its so hot here that the AC needs to run basically constantly, that's why you here those things.

I need to visit and check out this place myself. Seriously I used to Architectural design houses and Mechanical Drafting. I got about halfway through this video and I see the interior is nice but, I also saw a lot of wasted space that could have been adjusted before building like areas that should have more space than others most important the bathrooms (CR) and bedrooms. keep the bathrooms away from the Kitchen area. Need open window screens and window blinds or colored medium tint to keep sun heat out, especially when running the AC. Not sure if these condos are energy efficient. I do see Fire smoke detectors and Fire Sprinklers system. Is there a working Fire alarm system in the building? If so is it tested at least once a month? If no Fire extinguishers are available outside the units, I would purchase at least (2) 10 LBS ABC Fire extinguishers and have all emergency contact information posted if you can call inside using your cell phone or a direct wall phone line. So far this is the best Condo interior I have searched for. I will be doing more research process of elimination. Thank you!

Paused the vlog at 7mins. Indeed these condos are looking fine....except for the conventional toiletbowl. But in the end....high budget=luxury....it's all about what people can and/or willing to spend....

Many rich buyers rip out the toilets and replace with new ones. The Japanese high tech bowls I think cost US$3,500

@@robocop581 well....a good toilet doesn't have to be expensive(i'm not into Japanese spray-toilets)... but in the Phills, it seems they add high taxes on toilets or showers...my hanging toiletbowl was only 25€ and the system around 100€. If I'd look for the same kind of toilet there in the Phills, it'll cost me 500€ or more! The one I had was a Plieger...and after that, Grohe comes next. I have seen showersets in Davao City of Grohe for 2500€...that same shower would cost here (Netherlands) around or less than a 1000€...also, the American designs there...are really hideous...

@@angelramabtsarmy3667 Condos being the exception. Most are not to the level of the Eastern USA, but priced at the same Floridan level. Notice that they don't use hurricane glass; how is this even legal? Have they never heard of sliding doors, like for bathrooms etc.? I grew up in Northern CA, near Danville, CA. Blackhawk, was a luxury development, which the homes were fully furnished, down to having your refrigerator and panty fully filled, when you moved in. I think this along with Central AC, would be a good selling plan for Manila.

Sorry folks i m in a very bad mood today. I loved the lobby and amenities. But i will definitely take those furniture out of the apartment. The taste is really bad and oh my god : i will be blind rather than having those ugly modern pictures on my walls. Well, it appeared those ugly modern pictures were of the same kind of taste as the background music…pretty mac donaldish or amazonish : expensive stuff when related to the actual product quality. The brave new world we are being sold for us or against us. Which makes me believe i am an alien in a world that capsized. I don t understand this young generation at all…
