Stephen Nolan - you have low expectations and I would have thought most honest people would not say Caroline is adorable because she is not - she's far too noisy - no dress sense - does not really read or tell a joke well - too critical even at Michael she's unnecessarily critical and she does not have all that much property sense as some of the other genuine beauties he has on his show which is why I am here for but Caroline is a let down - don't really know why he uses her

Beautiful location . Not a home that I would want to live in but according to Caroline it is available for rent for two days at $18,000 which seems like a very good deal for a wedding or other special special occasion. The wedding party could be accommodated in the home and the guests easily bussed in from a central collection point. $18K is small change when it comes to the cost of an elaborate wedding and it is so much more romantic than a banquet hall for the same or even less price! I bet there is a big demand for this place at that price for special two-day occasions. I wonder what the rental rates are for other stay durations? Caroline said it starts at $3,200 a night. What is the minimum stay at that price? If $3,200 is the price for a one night stay that is a BARGAIN if you want to throw a party for special guests in a Malibu mansion that you can accommodate them all overnight.
