I think the map should expand to include this island all the time in adventure. The sad part about the map mechanics means that if no one got it off the board, it would most lely have the server get merged and you'd get the percentage of loot as if someone dug it up when it in actuality just disappeared into limbo. they need to fix that mechanic or just make servers persistent for longer without the automatic population control with server merging.
