Recipe:
Tart Shell:
4.5 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup butter, diced
Grated zest of lemon
Seeds of 1 vanilla bean
1.5 eggs
Filling: 9 eggs
1 3/4 cups superfine sugar
5 lemons (zest of 2 and juice of all 5)
1 cup heavy cream
Icing sugar for dusting on top
