I think tweek is a super strong contender for being #1 on the first PGR after offline comes back. It really seems like he hit his stride with diddy and sephiroth, and he has been playing CLEAN lately!

If Sephiroth knows the matchup, it should be impossible for Dk to recover : you can counter the upB or EASILY 2frame it with octoslash, or ledgetrap at high % with the big flare
