What makes a good (troll) level? This one illustrates how a level can deceive, surprise and outright screw you over without making you feel like you're stuck bashing your head against a wall. It rewards you once you learn a section by making that section manageable once you know what's coming. It doesn't over-indulge in difficulty when it's not needed. It's SO GOOD!

Good troll level design: 1. No tedious waiting contraption 2. No soft lock 3. No obscure mechanic that you have no idea how it works 4. No hidden block to hide all the random keys they put. That 2nd level met all those conditions, indeed a good troll level.

And Ryu ignoring the GIANT FULL SCREEN clear condition... This level was great to watch Carl play, it's even better here in the endless challenge because those lives matter. You should just always assume the parachute. It should be easier to correct forward than it is backwards. Bomb surfing. Hang ten Mario. More twirls! All the twirls! Nice recovery. I know I've gotten onto you before about not going for the 1-UP at the goal before but it doesn't matter if you already have three 1-UPs from the rest of the level. At least the POW drop was at the start of the level instead of near the end. It's a naked death pipe. Boooooo, naked pipe. Bleh, more naked pipes. I guess because it is right at the level bottom it won't allow Mario to come out of the pipe. Thanks for the video Ryu.
