Yes it’s a leader skill, the only way you can unlock this skill is by equipping the memory trace on her.

Yep, Azuza can be a leader to get this skill if ever you don't have Blood Ruvia. But if you have Blood Ruvia plus Zodivin, Zodivin's Wind Damage buff in her leader skill plus the Wind Damage Shred from Ruvia will skyrocket the wind damage you see. Plus if you have Dusk Radiance. I can see why Wind is strong even if they don't have any reactions.

@@Xilereon Yeah. But I think Scarlett is a better leader. I just got her and she has a 100% uptime on a similar buff (Wind Damage increase for 60 seconds after casting ultimate and her ultimate cooldown is 60 seconds 😅)
