In My Hero Academia Deku is one of the fastest characters who has ever existed within that universe, however you may have noticed how despite there being references to a lot of American super heroes in the series, there’s actually not really a version of the Flash in My Hero, because there’s no way we’re going to pretend like Iida’s slow ass is anywhere close to being that. For fans of the flash i have some good news, because if you want to see what it would be like if he was in the My Hero Academia universe, look no further than the hero, O Clock. O’Clock was a man who could use his quirk to not only speed up his body and all of his physical processes to an extreme extent, but he could also control the speed of his brain, which was necessary for him to be able to perceive the incredibly high speeds that he can reach. The great thing about this is Oclock doesn’t need to be running to do this, meaning at any given time he could speed up his brain so much that it seems like time is running slow or has even stopped, and this gives him lots of time to think about everything that he does, making his reaction time some of the best you’ll ever seen in the series as he uses all of his senses in HYPER speed. Now as amazing as this seems, his quick does have drawbacks like him not being able to use it constantly for long periods of time, but next let’s talk about how he lost it all.

I have a theory that the reason everyone is so smart is because the different anime Earths have different strength multipliers as well as brain capacity multipliers that create gaps in strength between worlds. Anime Earths where a majority of people are crazy smart would have brain multipliers higher than that of other Earths, explaining how people can think up entire paragraphs between seconds. Mid fight. Dragon Ball and One Punch Man in particular would have very high strength and defense multipliers, explaining those who can casually reach planet destroyer level by only a few years of working out.
