I did notice a couple episodes ago that it felt like the mic was tracking your movements. Now I know why! I like it. Yes please; I need this on one mic in particular for live sound, and the mute/gate feature would literally make my day.

That would be wonderful if they can do that to a stage vocal mic, if they can make sure it doesn’t add more drum noise.

We had talked about this off camera. Perhaps some way for this tech to be implemented in other mics - especially something as ubiquitous as an SM58.
