1.5-2lbs shaved ribeye steak
1 diced onion
1/2 diced red and green bell pepper
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups mozzarella
1 cup monterey jack or provolone
16 oz room temp cream cheese
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsps butter
All Purpose Seasoning
beef bouillon powder
2-3 tbsps cheese whiz
1 tbsp garlic
pinch of red pepper flakes
diced chive or parsley for garnish
baugettes, chips, or crackers

I’ve made this and it’s a huge hit every time! The last time I made it, I added spicy peppers too. Chili peppers, banana peppers, jalapeños, whatever you have. It added a kick and it was delicious! 👍

You aught to try to make the hot onion dip. I forgot what it's actual name is. But it's awesome. It has Gruyere cheese and a ton of sautéed onions in it and is served hot. It obviously has other ingredients, but my memory isn't what it used to be. I'll know the recipe when I see it though. I haven't had it in years! But can't find what I'm looking for yet.
