I was trying something similar to this a week or two ago, I found more success on a Glave, since grasp works with base Glave melee, u can switch off of it for powered melee and the movement you get off of it is nuts

You can go from one person to the next very quickly w nightmare fuel and close the gap better. It’s pretty niche but the strafe jump has more momentum than stompeez as well. Just a very fast pace build

Like mentioned above, they're here to let me close distance to targets that might be a bit further away, or let me out strafe my targets, allowing me to live longer. That and having stompee jump whenever I melee someone is kind of nice

Yes, the reduced damage doesn't work, but the tick damage that sever applies still works from what I've observed

@@HonoredD2 Tick damage? Probably the first time I ever heard of sever applying tick damage, it's not listed in the compendium and in your footage you aren't taking tick damage like you would with poison or scorch.

kockout shoulnt get nerfed melee lunge across the board should not exist, its terrible for the game

Yeah, we've seen them remove a ton of enhanced lunge options, so I'd like for them to finish the job so that melee fights can be reasonable again

I agree I was also very ok with triple melee so if you wanted a double or single shot melee you had to build into it

@@HonoredD2 thats the thing as long as the teleportation exist it will always mess up occasionally. Just today a warlock meleed me during my axe throw super and it went right past him without any melee increasing abilities just the regullar melee with the perfect timing dumb things will happen.
