if you sold the silencer and manta ray, you could've had a 1 sec rifle with, yes minus a little dmg and cd, but you can get dmg fast with cloak, and it would've been much stronger

I had a similar build, had the rifle shooting at 1.2 seconds with over 100% crit 😂😂 I just wished it was in ranked Also late Game I got a charge skill that said beginning of fight an item gets 5 charges
