​@@TheHopelessGeek yes that is true, but when you tend to mod your with like example, foam etc, they sound pretty different, gateron mily reds (from what ive seen and heard) is alot of different and we keyboard viewers tend to want to hear the results of that in a sound tests for two different switches, even without or with mod. We just like to hear asmrs and comparison between switches especially on a not really well known or unheard OR underrated switch xD

I use Milky yellows on my keychron k6 and don't think it hampers that much in gaming performance. Although my rgbs are less clear, my reaction time hasn't taken a hit. As my first mechanical keyboard, it kinda makes me sad that these are considered budget when i feel like I spent a ton LOL

I currently use the Gateron G Pro 2.0 brown switches on my CB-GK-34 keyboard (with the foam and tape mod) and I have to say that it was a big upgrade compared to the Outemu reds it came with.

Yes, Outemu reds and Gateron reds are noticeably different. But Gat reds and yellows are closer than expected.

Those do not look like Gateron Red MILKY switches. Gateron Red Milky switches have a top housing that is "milky"' just like the Milky Yellows.

What did you use to clean your keyboard? I saw that kind of spray you used? I'm very curious as I just use a standard small brush and keep on struggling on those specific spots

Oh, that's just a screen cleaning spray. Basically a mild form of soap water designed to clean electronics and displays.🙂👍🏼

So far, it hasn't. I don't use too much of it. Also, it's better to spray it on the cloth and wipe the device, not spray it on the device directly 😂🙏🏼 don't do as I do.

so i got these alpacas and man they are so rattily compared to the gat yellows, I did so much to them lube and film and they still had this weird pinging rattle I had to change back to yellows I'm actually extremely pissed about spending so much and they aren't better than my yellows.

I haven't tried many switches outside of Outemu, Cherry, and Gateron 😅. I was satisfied with the milky yellows so I didn't consider further upgrades.

@@TheHopelessGeek yea but the sound profile is a bit different once u mod the board with basic mods, like foam , tape mod etc, like u said, yellows are thockier or deeper sounding, while reds are highrr pitched sounding, but once the board is modded with foams or whatnot they would sound way different. And what i meant by they're underrated is that for a different sound profile, they're pretty not hyped much other than Milky Yellows, because except for Milky Blacks and Yellows, the rest aren't used or introduced/hyped much by the community.
