It's with a lot of command blocks and functions and armor stands. Mainly Functions probably, since too many command blocks can cause obscene amounts of lag. Along with resource packs. Also, love the sound effects, it's from Undertale. Asriel god of hyper-death specifically and Sans Gaster Blaster.
