You can't do that before the 4b/5b flat bc it would start the timer, and I don't see how you could place the headhitter while doing the 4b/5b flat. The goal is to place the first block in the 4b/5b flat at the last possible tick while still landing on the flat; there are no ticks available to place 4 blocks to create a headhitter.
