i did multiple hours of testing with jasper drill when I did my powder grind I farmed 12m of each and I can say I could barely tell a difference with the "20% more gemstone powder" I don't believe it works on treasure but I could be wrong. Just from my experience I was getting as much mithril powder as I was gemstone so it didn't seem like it. Im fairly certain when I did it, it was bugged.

i have 24m gemstone powder that i mined 90% with a jasper drill. it works, i can confirm. if it didnt work my gemstone would be the same as my mithril
