It's absolutley common. I have some chronic issues and while thankfully this hasn't happend, the amount of people that will push the subject to the point where it either I need to divuldge personal information in public _or_ it becomes a fight because I assert my boundaries are... to godamn high. I've now taken to going "you _know_ why I XX, my medical state isn't up for public discussion", and then avoiding associating with them, it's the only way I found to shut them up and somewhat shaming them. (Like I won't attend something because my health makes me physically unable to, they will know, and then they jump at me for "flaking" or "just not showing up for work, letting others take the slack" knowing full well I was in the ER and did call in sick to my boss. I don't understand what is wrong in their heads, but it's absolutely a powertrip people go on. Abusive partners even more so.).

I would argue he isn't a washed up youtuber, but rather is more in a position that he can't shine. I believe that Creator Clash overspent and expanded too quickly. For one, there was a Taylor Swift concert happening at the same time in the same location, which made everything in the area more expensive. Additionally, I think the marketing was lacking. I didn't see much about the event, and I think that hurt ticket sales. If they do Creator Clash again, I think they should choose a cheaper venue and try to get more sponsorships. The sponsorships could help pay for the location, fighters' training, and other expenses. They could also sell tickets and merchandise, with all proceeds going directly to charity. Hopefully, they will learn from their mistakes and do a better job next time, if there is a next time. removing a fighter did not cause creator clash to not make the money they wanted. That make zero sense. They just overspend and over expanded too quickly. The branding is good they just need to just do better next time.

I think you're partly right, I think the TS concert was a factor, they also didn't go after these pirate broadcasts of the event like almost at all. Millions tuned in to watch, so that's positive proof that they had a massive toll on the event itself.

I can’t help but feel bad for him, but in a way where it just feels like he’s got it wrong. He made such a strange decision where he went the route of attacking his audience rather than saying he just no longer approves of that content without publicly bashing the people who liked his older content. Take Joji, who was ol’ FilthyFrank, and even worked with iDubbbz at the time. There’s a reason why he’s made it and, well, iDubbbz isn’t, currently at least. I’ve done small charity events and the biggest thing is - you try to not pay for anything. Aka EVERYTHING is volunteer. Ian already has money.. so if me and my friends could raise money with 0 dollars it tells me he ran this as a profit event. Ur suppose to negotiate,if its for charity and q00% goes to charity you be surprise how many things you can get for free. Another tuber suggest no ticket pay wall. Q00% agree. You pay or donate at the door. The fact the stream made money vs the event again, shows they didn’t know what they weren’t doing, For a charity event it did t seem like the focus was charity, that was the biggest problem..
